Siemens Traffic Solutions announces compliance with the Buy American Act 41 U.SC. 10(a) - 10(d) and equivalent provisions.
Siemens Industry, Inc., Traffic Solutions business unit hereby represents that at the date of this memorandum our traffic control products including Traffic Controllers, Traffic Controller Cabinets and Traffic Signal Heads manufactured and assembled in our Austin, Texas, USA facility meet the requirements of the Buy American Act 41 U.S.C. 10(a) -10(d) and equivalent provisions under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
